My greatest passion is working alongside others in pursuit of their life and career goals. I believe everyone deserves access to a career coach, regardless of their experience or seniority. Whether you’re looking for quick career advice, 1:1 career coaching, or group-based coaching, I would love the opportunity to be part of your journey. Complimentary, 20-minute consults are available to discuss your goals and learn more about each other to decide if coaching is right for you.
This is a 45 minute scheduled phone call or video chat. It’s ideal for focused career advice, interview prep, and resume review.
With The Standing 1:1, you’ll work with your career coach to establish your goals and meet monthly for 60 minute sessions. You’ll have access to your coach through email and text to ask questions and get advice in between sessions. Minimum six month coaching engagement required.
Bring your friends for group coaching! Coaching circles are great for shared learning and development. It’s also an effective way to hold yourself (and each other) accountable to working towards your goals.
